Google turning the lights out on free G Suite legacy users unless they pay up

Of the title seems pretty inflammatory here. I'm a G Suite legacy user and while I have appreciated the free ride for the many years I had no illusions that it would continue forever.

The one thing it does allow me to do is consider whether I believe that their regular service is worth paying for or not. They do provide a nice suite of services but so does o365 and other places.

Really to Google the only thing I have to say is thank you for the free ride that you've given me for so long. I really appreciate it and I'm not going to complain in the slightest of that you've decided you don't want to offer the free service anymore.
