I watched that video when it first came out and saw what looked like sun glare in the middle of image and ignored it and kept looking for what was meant to be the UFO. It was even rotating like you see those FLIR videos that keep up-up during fly-overs. I was like -- "That's it? Seriously? Come on!" The rotation looks like ansiotropic surface features on the lense where someone has wiped (perhaps a bit too hard) the surface and left streaks. (Or it's reflections between elements, I don't know.) It's hard to know if the lense is rotating, or the camera itself -- you only see the nett result on the monitor after all the transformations are done.
Exact same thing with the more recent super fast UFOs that are so totally birds locked while the camera orbits against a deep-zoom background. I wonder how many other people have seen these exact features dozens of times, tried to point it out, but it just gets lost in the endless garbage factory that is media these days.
