for whoever wants to know what was exactly there on the polish border (big mystery for the western media), can try to take a look at the italian Fatto Quotidiano of today (first page) - the target was a not so undercover NATO military base, and it was not just sitting there..
..admittedly the linked article, which I just saw, indeed speaks of some of the activities at this "center for peacekeeping".
