Happy Saturday

Figured it would be nice if we all had one day to reflect on the good parts of our week, and what we're looking forward to next week!

This past week I continued on trying to keep a regular workout regimen, and started a CKA course on Udemy that's really good.

It's snowing outside all day today and tomorrow so I'm staying in to cook! Made myself a nice omlette this morning, next up is a Tagine stew for the week.

This coming week I'm planning my vacation, gonna spend 9 days checking out the national monuments in the Southwest. Also gonna start some seeds to plant after last frost!
