Bit strange for the DNC to give DeSantis any spotlight over this. As we all know, any publicity is good publicity when you're small. DeSantis, who is a 2024 presidential hopeful, can only benefit from the DNC pushing back against this, given that he doesn't currently have the notoriety he needs to win the presidency.

Given that Abbott has an analogous bill over in Texas, it's odd that the DNC wouldn't zero in on the Texas bill and ignore the Florida bill to the best of their ability.

USA really needs a new visionary leader, who can still remember what is was like being young.
