I'm not sure "endorsed" is quite correct, as I read this it's a court saying it's "not-yet-forbidden" gambling laundering.
I’d have upvoted if you just omitted the last word. I’m not sure where the money laundering obviously comes in (I’m sure it’s possible, I just don’t see how it’s particularly applicable here).
I read it as laundering gambling, not money. Gambling is illegal for children in most places and this is a way to make it legal.
I believe they meant that it was the gambling that was being laundered (disguised) not the money.
I'm not sure why this is down voted. This is exactly what I feel this is.
It's not state endorsed, just not illegal. It's hardly gambling, as there are no monetary rewards. And what has laundering got to do with anything?
