2/ I like the premise, but I personally need to see all of the todos in a list for today so I can prioritize and manage my day. Task priority changes throughout the day. For example, I might have "go to the gym" task. In the morning, I might prioritize the gym, but if I don't finish the task and work starts, I need to prioritize my work tasks during the work day and the gym can come after work.

3/ I've looked at building my own productivity tool service, but growing them is so hard, since there is no backed-in flywheel. Getting new customers is expensive.
