Visa/MasterCard suspensions leave fleeing Russians without access to their money

Essentially, people in Russia are not affected, but fleeing journalists and activists who are facing 15 years prison sentences because of the new "fake news" laws and were planning on continuing their work from abroad now can't even pay for their food and accommodation.

Also, 13589 people have been detained so far.
