Nearly all the (non-military) customers for this would be in cities, since that's where the people are--especially the affluent ones--and you can't simply land a space craft in or near a city. Even if you land it 10 miles outside a city, you would still need an hour in a car to find and fetch the object, at which point why not use terrestrial systems--cars, trucks, helicopters, drones--to deliver from a regional hub? (The world's largest company is already very good at doing this.) It would certainly be cheaper than the $10,000/Kg to put an object in orbit.
What's the real reason this is getting YC investment? It should be obvious to a technology journalist that the answer is not pizza.
