When Kiczales course first came online via Coursera, I took the first live version. It was a great curriculum, but that's an entirely different structure than a book, and with the automation that now infects MOOC's an entirely different structure than a synchronous academic class.

It's not "vs", that course is based on the book. I can see that you've posted a few threads like this one in the past week - in that time you could have made some progress in your learning instead of repeatedly asking where to start.
