1. If they can do it for Russia, they can do it for others too.
2. A car is not a service, it's a product. Bricking it after it's purchased for cold, hard cash amounts to vandalism of personal property, not an embargo.
Remote bricking would cause a large % of potential customers to avoid this company completely.
That they could do it is already a spectacularly bad idea. I would never buy a Tesla because of this.
