I am not affiliated with kagi the search engine except as a user, but I would just like to say kagi found it too and I was surprised and impressed.
It’s also high up on “medieval recipe book” and “middle ages cookbook”. Same for DuckDuckGo.
From what I can tell, this is a set of recipes from other medieval cook books, not a translation of “the Boke of Cokery”. In a random sample of ten recipes, each gave a different source and none was Boke of Cokery. Still a great website!
It might be fun for someone to go through that and gather the set of ingredients used, and describe how someone in medieval Britain would get them
