You spare an hour per day for exercise the same way the lumberjack must make time to sharpen his axe.
People watch a lot of tv and read places like him for hours. You can probably find the time of you do time tracking for a week.
You can take your kids on the walk.
Im guessing you don’t have kids.
It’s doable, but harder from the psychological side than physical. I have three. Strollers, balance bikes, scooters, bikes… all huge for moving w kids. BUT.. Doing anything consistent daily seems laughable. But I have to get regular exercise for my mental health and so does my wife.
Consistent, daily, for 1-2 hours. Not happening with the kiddos.
No, but when I was a kid my father was very, very busy and he managed to exercise every day and took us kids on walks and runs with him.
Where there's a will, there's a way.
Commuting. Walk or bike to the office. Too far? Take the bus half way. Sweaty and no shower at the office? Bus to work, walk home. Need to pick up kids on the way? Park your car at kindie and bike to office from there.
Usually an hour after lunch. I don't have kids and I work from home 2 or 3 days per week.
I often take a train or another form of public transit to some place outside of the city.
