Where is the full windows 11 code and SDK?

Samsung didn't write Windows, that's Microsoft.

Or am I missing something?

Microsoft will give code because Samsung produces Samsung laptops.

Maybe a DDK, but not full code.

I think they may have learned with the previous leaks!
