Putin reportedly blocks Russians’ access to Facebook, Twitter, app stores

previously it was partial block/slow down, but now (3/4) it's actual block https://twitter.com/nexta_tv/status/1499809838154633217

I would like to get involved in activism to expose Russians to the horrors of what is happening in Ukraine, via campusing their internet presence with some of the war footage.

Does such a movement exist? What channels are still mutual accessible between the west and Russia?

Now we have a new north-Korea.
