Vladimir Putin 'still uses obsolete Windows XP' despite hacking risk (2019)

It's not though; I thought that too but the UIs are not the same and previous articles confirm it is Windows XP

It was a 2 year old article. Now they use mostly Linux Astra. If he uses Windows XP, that is just a confirmation of his insanity.

Is it connected to the internet?

If not, then what's wrong?

Doesnt matter if it's windows ME, if not connected to internet.

It seems nothing has changed since this article (and others in 2019) confirmed he is using Windows XP
