Hey fellow hackers,

As demand for skilled people in the Information Security field is growing and higher than ever, there doesn't seem to be a lot of sites that cater to this crowd exclusively. So I thought it would be great and helpful to fill this gap.

Hope it helps anyone interested in finding a job or hiring talent in this space, and also help newcomers to get a sense of what the market offers/demands or which roles require what qualifications/skillset etc.
