Right. So those in Russia who also want to help and donate to Save the Children and Red Cross cannot do so because of this sweeping sanctions even when the Russian people are against this war.

Well at least they can donate to Save the Children and the Red Cross via crypto [0] [1]. That gets around the bans and unfair sweeping sanctions.

Genuine question here: is there anything notable about this that I'm missing? It seems like an inevitable consequence of larger changes we already knew about.
