All this bill asks is for hiring managers to be less flippant about what they are buying when they are entering the job market and shopping for talent. If they are wanting a candidate with experience they value at $150k, then put that as the posted salary. If they can get away with a candidate with experience they value at $100k, put that as the posted salary. If you want both candidates, post both listings. If you only want one of the two, take the other listing down when you have your first candidate. It seems simple to me.
