Ukraine Call for Hackers

I'm an American translator/interpreter who used to live in Chernihiv, now fled with my family to an undisclosed location.

There is a collective of Ukrainian/international IT folk doing their best to make Russia's existence as difficult as possible. They are looking for as much help as they can get.

I am sharing a link to the Telegram group - IT ARMY of Ukraine - in the hopes that some of you would have the desire/ability to contribute.

Most of the communication is in Ukrainian, but they translate important messages into passable English (and things like lists of Russian server IPs don't really require translation).

I've read Hacker News for ages, but I'm not sure how responses work here. If you have any questions or need help translating, I will be happy to help. Trying to do what I can while I watch these fuckers drop cluster munitions on villages near my former home.

Disclaimer: I cannot speak to the legality of the methods they are employing and would encourage anyone trying to help to make their own decisions and research their own local laws.

Слава Україні - Glory to Ukraine, and stop this war.

Thanks for your time. Sorry if I abused or misused this forum.
