In this case, Putin and buddies yearn for a good ol world with Russia, Belarus and Little Rus, completely out of touch with where the modern world is. The resistance in Ukraine clearly shows that Ukrainians don't want to be a vassal of Russia.

Same happened in America with Trump and voters yearning for good ol days, disregarding the new world order.

Maybe oldies should be barred from political and government positions altogether.
