Normally it's just Киев/Київ.
Kiev -> Kyiv. Kharkov -> Kharkiv. Zelensky should be spelt Zelenskiy (as per his official social media). Vladimir -> Volodymyr, Mikhail -> Mykhailo, etc...
On his Twitter, he spells it Zelenskyy
