Show HN: Launcher – an open-source app launcher built on Sveltekit

Our team loves finding leverage through new tools, apps, and services.

But our 'supply chain' of daily apps continues to grow. How do we share and pin our go-to apps with the team — especially new hires? What's the best, and most memorable way, to introduce a new app or service to your team?

We built Launcher to help wrangle our own growing ecosystem of apps, and open-sourced it in case others want to contribute or host it for their own teams internally.
