No-code startup Integromat becomes Make, snatches huge domain
make.com
make.com
On the topic of the name - 'Make', to me as a developery-person sounds like a code system (because of GNU make) or some electronics/hacker type thing ('maker' as in 'makerspace'). But I imagine people who know what GNU make is aren't the target market.
The founder of RemoteOK.com says they saw a big increase in traffic after getting the .com, but hard for me to know if that was just a natural increase in traction that would have happened anyways for them: https://twitter.com/levelsio/status/1488166336878419975

> In June 2019, Make magazine's parent company, Maker Media, abruptly shut down the bimonthly magazine due to lack of financial resources. As of June 10, 2019, it was reorganized and had since started publishing new quarterly issues, with volume 70 having shipped in October 2019.
