The website suggests there will be eye and hand tracking, but I could not find any mention of head tracking. Will the head be tracked in 3DOF or 6DOF?

Head tracking (positional) is 6DOF. Got lost in some editing, I'll re-add it.

So it has inside-out positional tracking, then. No reliance on base stations. Camera-based?

Correct. Visual-inertial SLAM using the AR passthrough cameras, with possible additional input from mmWave RADAR.
