Show HN: SuperFocus for YouTube – hide distracting elements on YouTube

The Youtube recommendation engine is amazing. It will constantly provide you with content to consume, giving you that dopamine rush. The downside of it is that you end up wasting countless hours of your life watching Youtube. This extension reduces the stimulus by hiding the non-essential dopamine-inducing elements.

Using this extension, you can configure Youtube to: * Hide Feed * Hide Comments * Hide Right Sidebar * Hide Related Videos * Hide Subscriptions Bar and more...

This extension uses a different approach compared to site-blocking extensions. The problem with site-blocking extensions is that they are binary in nature. You either block or unblock a site. Most mortals end up unblocking/blocking constantly leading to limited benefit. This extension is complementary and is intended to reduce time spent.
