What jobs do teens get these days?

Car washes are automated, babysitting requires FBI background checks and some sort of training/cert, most grocery stores no longer have baggers, automated checkouts are common, most people don't want the liability of a kid mowing their lawn, and now robot burger flippers.

In my personal experience, most teens aren't the slightest bit interested in any sort of McWagey jobs. They want to mint NFTs, hang out on Discord, and make TikToks.

Well... even I would like to get rich quick and not have to work. I would hope the parents push them to do some sort of genuine work. At least then they can see how the world works - get rich quick stuff is just a lottery that you'll lose, and at least you make something through labor (life is hard).

Whomever wrote the headline literally did not read the article or watch the video. The robots make fries, not burgers.
