Google will lower pay for North Carolina and Houston

Sooooooo is google on one hand diversifying their workforce and calling it a positive, while on the other hand trying to maintain a wage gap and pay black employees less…? It almost kinda feels like redlining, doesn’t it?

Equal Pay for Equal Work … unless factors We decide are important and should be used to devalue the work. Hmmmm.

How can this do anything but stir up bad feelings with existing workers?
