The term 'drought' may be insufficient to capture what is happening in the West

Article has some useful discussion of Colorado river water being used by California. California agriculture based on imported river water is obviously not sustainable. Long-known issue.

From article, '... has made the megadrought 72% worse.'

That pseudo-precision makes me question the entire article. Looks like bias and mindset leading to a specific conclusion.

The right term is Climate Change.

Then don't use it. Simple. :)
