Mixing services particularly on ETH chain like Tornoda Cash (https://tornado.cash/) are perfect feature for scammers/hackers to wash their money/coins.

That is why recently the majority of scammers/hackers have started taking ransom via ETH or ERC-20 tokens to wash it through these mixing services. Compared to the other method of using Privacy coins like Monero/Dash/Zcash etc.

Do not that these stuff is not a bug but a 'feature'.
