Does anyone really investigate any cyber attacks? It seems like it is pretty much the wild west out there.

There probably is a police complaint and a file somewhere...

Good. And why are folks giving money to anti-vaccine/trade blocking truckers? Get doxxed I say.

This isn’t Reddit. Doxxing is scummy.

It can also happen for other causes which some may perceive worthwhile.

Assume anti-corruption protests against a deeply corrupted state, doxxing in that case will cause huge problems for vulnerable people (getting fired, getting harassed by the state).

Assume right now protests against government in Russia, Iran or China, there doxxing can actually get people imprisoned/killed.

To be fair here the GiveSendGo developers are too incompetent to be trusted... Making PII information publicly accessible...

Yeah, 'get doxxed' if you are using a service that someone 'hacktivist' doesn't like, as if the site was built for those specific users. Perhaps it's also fine to get 'doxxed' over owning a domain on GoDaddy? [0]

Ahh I see this is a double edged sword. That being said this effort and those championing it (protesting vaccine mandates) are in the wrong.

What you are missing is that 'Anonymous' is just a definition of some people on 4chan, there's no organization, group or anything of the sorts, you can claim to be a member too if you want and there wouldn't be anyone to deny it.
