What's funny about this is that it exists, but owned by Xilinx... In the early 90's NeoCAD created multi-vendor P&R tools. Xilinx bought them, their software became basis for Foundation and then ISE.

Lattice also uses the NeoCAD tools for their FPGAs (at the time, they were AT&T's ORCA FPGAs). Basically Lattice Diamond and ISE are almost the same tool..
