Over the years I have consistently heard bad things about working for IBM. This looks like a new data point in a long list.
My first thought when reading this pull quote was: holy shit I can’t believe anyone would actually say that. I knew about ageism in tech, but this takes the cake. Dear god. I hope IBM can do better for all its employees, regardless of age.
