Eagle App - Local Bookmark Manager

Here is a quote from someone (not me):

"On pc however i got so fond and reliant on Eagle ive been grabing it all through it. It wasnt made for selecting text to save or article saving, focused on images and bookmarks (its my local/personal pocket, bookmark manager etc) But if you dont mind spending more disk space for saving text it can grab screenshots of any area of the screen to full website scrolls"

(Taiwan, ROC, for those wondering)
