Show HN: NFT Guard – Protect yourself from fake NFTs and crypto scams

Hello fellow Hackers, Saoud from Fakespot here.

We are excited to announce the latest product in the Fakespot suite, NFT Guard!

This extension will provide verification of NFT collections/NFTs on OpenSea (for first release, we are planning other marketplaces based on user/community feedback) and the detection of scam mint sites that will steal your tokens once a wallet is connected.

Please leave comments here and I'd be more than happy to answer them!

Does this only work with OpenSea projects today? What other NFT marketplaces do you plan to support in the future?

Can you explain a bit how you know wether or not there's a scam going on with an NFT in a marketplace?
