It will since it is a result of automatic scanning. So next time someone submits an update for their app that uses same library, they will get same results. And then Apple will change this.
Note that in this case the Syriac alphabet does relate to Syria the country in which the script was used. Of course the script was also used in the modern-day Iraq and Iran as well, and support for a script is very different from support for a country.
