This makes a lot of sense in at least a few cases I can think of. Yes if I want to do a pair trade/arb at a spread it doesn’t make sense to try and execute both parts atomically ca interacting with another party directly looking to put on the inverse. No idea if the funky ai past that point adds value or is fluff but interested enough to find out.
