Is there a word to describe such phenomena?
Or maybe it's a reverse dog whistle. (A dog whistle is something you and your group can hear but everyone else can't. A reverse dog whistle is something that everyone can hear, and know that you're trying to use a dog whistle.)
I care about black lives, but BLM itself can jump off the ledge alongside other extremist organizations.
Journalists from all over the political and social spectrums freely criticize Black Lives Matter:

If you want radical change you need radical action.
Both MLK and Malcolm X told us most of what we need to know about the white liberal when it comes to matters of anti-black racism.
- fcked up healthcare system
- fcked up social policies - no paid time off, no paid family leave, miserable min wage, and so on
- inflated drug prices
- political corruption
- inflated military budget
I guess that they are terrified too!
- corrupt judges... politically, socially activist, locally economic
- corrupt policing agencies... civil forfeiture, economic, egotistically driven
