If instantly all information on the Internet was fact checked by a hypothetical system that had universal knowledge, what percent of information do you think would be found incorrect?
History is all collective opinion. Facts depend on viewpoint.
In detail, I think almost all "facts" are wrong.
In aggregate, however, I think that most facts are likely to be close enough to be useful, and thus "true".
Are you asking how much horseshit can be contained on the Internet? Son, look skyward.. see the stars? That’s how much and more.
So, 100% of facts on the internet are true.
