I feel deeply sad for him.
Our city has let him down.
BUT I AM mad.
I’ll tell you who I’m mad at…
I’m mad at wealthy SF people who live in nice apartments and pretend like the streets aren’t full of homeless people shooting heroin everywhere.
I’m mad at the virtue signaling politicians who only talk about mask policies as if that’s the biggest problem this city faces.
This guy was the one who let the homeless person down. He shouldn't have ran, he should have stopped and became friends with this homeless person, inviting him in and offering a couch to sleep on, a warm meal, and a shower. This guy is projecting/virtue signaling and not taking responsibility for this homeless persons situation but blames everyone else and attempts to display some higher moral status but in reality is the problem himself. Hopefully that homeless person gets another chance too run into this guy so he gets a chance to make things right.
