Vodafone UK customers aren't able to view images on Twitter

This is strange it isn't just UK, but the whole of Vodafone Network.

What mechanism could be the issue? Europe has net neutrality, so isp's shouldn't mess with things like that.

A failing vodaphone Twitter cdn seems unlikely? Since that would mean breaking https

I assume some government censorship feed has gone wrong. Like CleanFeed or something that has incorrectly blacklisted domains or such.

Find a proxy or use a VPN.

YMMV

Maybe peering ? Vodafone's internet was always crappy.

I'm experiencing long image download times from desktop Twitter and TweetDeck with 1G Vodafone fiber in Italy.
