Accepting your premise that it's being forced on us, how is this different from the many other laws we are "forced" to obey as a part of Canadian society?

Consent of the governed, quite obviously.

Majority consent[0], which is what we have in the case of the vaccine.

[0] except for protected classes, there are specific carve outs for that.
