Bloomberg accidentally publishing a story headlined 'Russia Invades Ukraine'

It makes me wonder what if they had accidently fat-fingered the "Russia DOESN'T Invade Ukraine" version

(tfa Quote to linked Bloomberg retraction) We prepare headlines for many scenarios and the headline “Russia Invades Ukraine” was inadvertently published around 4 p.m. ET today on our website. We deeply regret the error. The headline has been removed and we are investigating the cause.

Well they aren't wrong. They have been invading Ukraine in one way or another for quite a while (2014 and on going). Even now Russian convicts are offered reduce sentences to go fight in Donbass.
