Open Watcom v2 Fork

I wonder how much effort were put into finishing C99 compliance. And if not mistaken, the compiler also wasn't even C++98 compliant.

Wow, the code looks really clean.

Can this actually run on an 8086, or can it only cross compile for the 8086?
