The question is, can the riot and the government that's supposedly bringing social order both be just, at the same time? Or is the riot a sign that the government is in need of changing?
Very interesting - I hadn't heard of the Battle of Athens. I guess that a riot isn't necessarily a sign of the need for change of government. In all polities, there are people who will riot against the government!
