I flagged it as clickbait. The claim in the title is contrarian to a degree that is guaranteed to get clicks. The article is very short and says only this about databases:
> "Is it even possible to plan sufficiently enough into the future to solve an entire problem?
> "There is an old wives’ tale that went along the lines of: 'He who overfits his schema will find himself migrating his entire database come winter'.
> "An equal dose of iteration and humility creates successful programs. Planning merely sets the cardinal direction."
This is questioning claims that no one ever makes: that any RDBMS solves "an entire problem"; that it's a good idea to migrate an entire database; and that RDBMS schemas are impossible to iterate.
It's easy to criticize extreme, straw-man arguments like this, but it doesn't enlighten the reader at all.
