Does dismissing cookie notice means acceptance?
I always dismiss them. Having to click over small "close button" feels much easier than clicking over large accept button. But does dismissing cookie notice means acceptance?
This is another tech belief that misunderstands the nature of consent. Silence is not consent. Silence is no by default.
