That's not wrong, just like other colonial empires like France/USA have their own propaganda ecosystem. In the meantime, RT still is the only mainstream media in France covering popular protests from an angle that's not a priori despise.
France should label RT as a foreign agent and shut it down
And then do the same with CNN , Bloomberg, Al Jazeera, Nikkei, etc. They are all the same.
