All types of hocus pocus treatments he has tried on himself and seeking additional crazy treatments from Russia and Serbia probably did not help with his mental stability.

Are you some kind of remote-sensing doctor that can tell someone is "very ill" based on... probably your desire to dismiss his views. As if it had any relevance.

He said that he was "back to my regular self", other than feeling fatigue, and was cautiously optimistic about his prospects in 2020 after a lengthy struggle with autoimmune issues and addiction to a prescription drug.

He has always been erratic. He suffers from severe depression and publicity tresses him. What he writes and advises others makes lots of sense when you know his background. It's like he writes to himself "make your bed".

Smokers have been the loudest anti-smoking people in my life, therapists also seek therapy as their clients do, etc etc

I don't want advice from someone who's never had a shit day, because a) they can't know how I feel in any capacity, b) they can't self-test in any capacity
