Ask HN: Online or Free Tools for Software Planning and Management?

Hello HN ! Im about to start a new Project at work, and we're looking for new tools for planning, management and sketching. So far we have Pencil for sketching and Xplanner for management. Would be great to hear what HN community is using! Thank you for your responses and help.
